• New Episode 1 Quest and Easter Theme for JP BB

    Sonic Team has released a new Episode 1 quest on March 28th for Japanese Blue Burst called "Fragments of Memories." This one to four player quest is set in Ruins and features several hundred enemies. The objective is to collect a special capsule left by the Pioneer 1 crew. It sounds like this will be a great quest for item hunting and gaining experience. Also, the Easter theme has been uploaded for the Japanese servers.       would you happen to know the story of this quest. judging by the name, this quest seems like it would be a little deeper than a VR training simulation.

      I don't really know too many details about this quest yet. Hopefully we'll get a better idea of what the story is in a couple of days.

      Basically you have to retrieve some message capsules left in the ruins by the Pioneer 1 army.

      The Quest goes like that: Ruin 1 is straightfoward.

      If you are hunting for Sorcerers, you should just repeat Ruins 1. You go, retrieve a capsule and go back to Pioneer 1. The soldier will send you back to the ruins.

      In Ruins 2, there is a door that you have to toggle 4 switchs to open. Those 4 switch will only appear after you toggle another switch - that will also trigger a time limit of 7:00 minutes.

      There is another capsule behind that door and after you bring that capsule to the soldier he will send you back to the Ruins again.

      In Ruins 3, those annoying purple orbs from the Gallon's Treachery are back and you can only be captured by the orbs 10 times. I don't know what happens if you get caught more than 10 times, maybe the quest ends?

      After you retrieve the last orb, the quest is over. For the reward you will get 8000 meseta (for Ultimate). Maybe if you do a perfect run without being caught by the orbs you might get a better reward.

      Unfortunately, it maybe a while before it appears on the US/EU servers.
