Well it is interesting that they want 360 and PS3, but that's to be expected, after all they probably aren't going to limit it to PC, too big of a market to miss out on. And too bad this wasn't 2 years later because I'm just finishing at school to become a game designer. Oh well.

Very promising... but I will take the PC version: I don't want to have to pay for online play. Its the only reason I wasn't able to get on with PSO back when it still had official servers....
but I must say that I am extremely excited for this game, and am really hoping that the system is like what it's prequel had.

What makes you think the PC version won't have a monthly fee...? If the PS3 and 360 versions do, so will the PC version.

Have there been fees for the more recent ones? I don't have a good gaming PC, nor a PSP.
And if there is a cost for 360, most of it will be for LIVE - which is annoying to no end...
PS3 has free internet as long as you have WiFi, so the only fee would be from the development company if there was one for this one. I have no LIVE subscription, and my PS3 is having problems. my reasonng was that I prefer getting a gaming laptop - a one time fee - to paying a monthly rate to Microsoft, who, in my opinion, made several mistakes in their time with the series. I do like some parts of PSU, but it had a lot of problems. (again, my own opinions) the PSO episodes and the originals have always been my favorites.

Yeah, the only fee to play PSU on 360 is the PSU license fee every month. You don't have to pay Microsoft since you can be on a Silver (free) account.
It is interesting to say that they're looking for someone with experience in one or all fields for the current gen consoles. There is hope. <3

My mistake, i was unaware of that. Though I still want the PC version so I can actually play with my friends, since they aren't able to get a PS3 or 360

This looks promising. The only way I'll be playing PSO2 is if they release it on PS3. I liked playing PSU on PC, but I don't think my computer will be able to handle the next one (maybe on all low settings), and I don't think I'll buy a new computer before that either. With my PS3 I don't have to worry about performance, and I have both a headset and keyboard for my PS3, so it's already to go. Also, don't f**k this one up, Sega.
