Let's be honest.. Do you even hang out in the PSU lobbies besides the hot spots ? I know I don't one city is fine with me multiple areas for missions that's what concerns me.. :3

I guess you haven't play PSU very long if you want more pointless places to walk around in without being able to do missions at that location

I do hope this hits platforms in America (xbox of course), but I have 2 questions if anyone can answer them...
      1) When does this come to America for PC?
      2) Is it possible to use a game controller for PSO2 on the PC?
Thank you, and the game does look great!

I'm beginning to notice the black-emphasized color scheme more and more, Kinda like Mass Effect 2's was orange. Interesting. Also love the new item drop looks. FOcaseal? I thought the very thought of CASTs being able to use techniques in PSO (outside special circumstances in Episode 3) was a heresy. O_o I kinda hope this is explained in the story or something.

I gotta agree keep the single city, keep everyone involved in the game in 1 hub location, no hunting, no abandoned mission areas, and wasted creativity, there are some REALLY great looking areas of PSU, but NO ONE goes anywhere near them, and if they do it's because ST gives people a reason to be there.

Yes, you can plug in your wired 360 controller to use as a gamepad for your PC. Or you can do like I did and buy a 2$ adapter for the original XBOX controller if you don't have a wired 360 controller. I still haven't been able to get my wireless 360 controller to work with my PC, even though it auto-detects and installed the drivers.

Awesome. Looks like they're going back to the Dreamcast/1&2 roots with revamped graphics. My prayers have been answered!

The regular wireless controller actually REQUIRES an addon peripheral to work on PC's, it's an expensive addon that's use is pretty much negligible, and don't bother trying a play and charge Kit, your better off finding a good Knockoff of a wired controller since the official ones have been discontinued by M$.

from what news has been given there is no console plans. and the console base in jp is larger in the wii and ps3s then in the xbox so yeah.
and you should be able to use any pc controller with it, in fact id almost think it would require it for the amount of movement. they did say set things to number keys so you may want a keyboard close by.

Yeah I found out that the default controls is the gamepad, and the optional choice is the keyboard and mouse. haha so sega expects everyone to use a controller for the game. we probably wont see this game over here until at least spring time next year, in my opinion.

Awww yeah. That city looks nice. The weapon designs are better too. The canister drop is sexy.
The return to PSO-esique styling is a nice touch.

The Overview of the city also shows the live TV screen mention in other media. Hopefully it will be used in a lot of events & other on the spot news that ST/Sega comes up with. Also, even tho some peeps don't like the idea of CASTs being forces & whatnot but...I'm making a female CAST force.

its not that, but if the population of PSO and PSU are on PSO2, and depending how many "worlds" there are, things may get crowded fast, depends on alot of things, but I like diversity, looking at PSO's city now, its bland and boring to look at
