    Sachiko Kobayashi - a famous Japanese enka singer and voice actress - will be appearing in a new live concert event in Phantasy Star Online 2. Appearing as herself, Sachiko Kobayashi will perform a song titled "Youkoso ARKS." You can see a preview of the concert in this video:
