Sega of Japan has released an official announcement about the use of third party analytic programs in Phantasy Star Online 2. The announcement acknowledges the existence of external tools to analyze in-game information and that such tools violate Article 9 of the Terms of Service. Players are asked to stop using these tools or risk facing account suspensions.
