Firstly, there's the Secret Delivery/Package quest where you talk to the fat man walking around near the Hunter's Guild. Make sure you answer ''!!'' and not ''??'' when prompted.

After that there's the girl who talks about Zoke, near the shop and I think she's in Gran Squall.

In the Value of Money there's a guy with a blue vest walking around near the Hunter's Guild, he'll talk about Bernie's flamethrower. Normally he says ''It was great, really great!'' or something along those lines.

The Lost Bride has a soldier standing near the shops, he asks you what word comes to mind when you think of Weapons. ''Enthusiasm'' appears to be the correct answer.

Finally, there's a little kid during one of the first quests, the one where you are sent to find the greedy landlord. I forget what it's called, something like ''Value of Stake''. The kid walks around near the front of the medical building.

When you're done, go back to the fat man in Secret Deliver/Package and he will tell you to see the boss. The boss of WEAPONS is standing near the shops, and you will receive a new weapon that can steal TP and makes a lovely noise when you hit people with it.

Stealing TP? Is this weapon a cane? Is it usable by a Force?

It's a saber class weapon, and yes it's usable by forces.

(hint: it's on the rare weapons page)

gideon, is it Akiko's Frying Pan? http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_confused.gif

Or is it the Brionac? But that's a long sword....
And the ATP requirement is just tremendous. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif

Personally, I think the Meteor Smash is more useful for a force.

I'm guessing that's the only way to do it, as you have to do the later quests first..

This Weapon is nice for young Forces by the Way...since it only requires about 50 ATP.

I believe so, you can talk to them out of order, it really won't matter. But make sure you do it exactly how it states.

Hey. c'mon, akiko's is the only "rare" weapon I have so far

I just did what they suggested to do in the tips/secrets section, and beat all the quests in normal level, then did the relevant missions over again; you shouldn't have to do them over again on a higher difficulty.

maybe this matters for the soul eater quest, but I don't think it matters for this one (or maybe it does matter if you say the wrong thing, and I was fortunate enough not to)
