How do I cancel my account?

I went to playsega.com and I put in my email address to request a password reset. It didn't recognize it. There's absolutely NO contact us option. I originally started my account on xbox 360 and never went to the website for anything.

I haven't played this game in a while because it just didn't get anywhere near my expectations. The game was horrendously watered down and easier than any game I have ever played. It reminds me more of a child's "my first mmorpg" than Ep I & II, haha.

But anyway, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Lol, you aren't kidding about the difficulty.

You have to call Microsoft and have them cancel your account manually. The number is on the Xbox Live site. It truly is a pain to cancel.

Also, when you call, you might be told that you need to call Sega. You don't. Billing is done via Xbox Live, therefore it needs to be done through them. Good luck. >.<

these MMO's never are very hard, in fact most RPGs aren't hard, doesn't take much skill, just time and effort
