Hmm.. Well if you take a burn lvl 4 on a Tengoh in Onma S and deal 1339 a tick... Hmmm... I dunno o.o

It's 4% each 2sec for 10sec, while virus is 5% every 4sec for 32sec (tested on boss of FFF S: Burn trap G 1350ish Virus G 1700ish forget exact amounts as it was awhile ago >.>)

Actually, burn is (1+SELVL)% every 2 seconds for 2+(2*SELVL) seconds. Or....
SE1 - 2% every 2 sec for 4 sec
SE2 - 3% every 2 sec for 6 sec
SE3 - 4% every 2 sec for 8 sec
SE4 - 5% every 2 sec for 10 sec

And infection is 5% every 4 seconds for (8+8*SELVL) seconds. Or...
SE1 - 5% every 4 sec for 16 sec
SE2 - 5% every 4 sec for 24 sec
SE3 - 5% every 4 sec for 32 sec
SE4 - 5% every 4 sec for 40 sec
