Weird Bug

I just noticed a weird bug on Xbox PSU. Whenever someone did the "shout" bubble, my screen would have a regular vertical bar then what seems to be a polarized vertical bar then another regular vertical bar then what seems to be another polarized vertical bar.

it's something like this

ooxxxxooxx
ooxxxxooxx
ooxxxxooxx

I could only see the typical stuff that i see with the 'o' while I couldn't see other stuff with the x. I'm wondering if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

Sounds like the issue is on the video side of things as opposed to the game or system side.
