Meteor Buster on the 12th?

I haven't heard anything about the update for Meteor Buster, so I'll assume that it won't come, but I figure I should ask, since I got my CAST to 20 and don't want him using any SUV besides that one.

Level cap increased from 60->70
Sword PA that is used by GH-410 (sounds like it's that one anyways)
A new Double Saber and new Double Daggers (hard to tell from the picture) PA.

Dambarta (possibly other Dam- spells...no mention of them however)
Deband (possibly other buffs...no mention of them however)
Higher ranking armors (S-Rank armors maybe?)

Deband is ice right? Finally! A spell I can use on my Ice stick for the full 12% bonus! A useless spell imo, but the fourth one I need. :3

You're getting all buffs/debuffs, 1 new PA for each weapon, darkness shot for all guns, all damu-techs etc, they just only show those 6.

Meteor Buster is good. It does 4 hits to the things in a wide, yet shallow, arc in front of you. Each of the 4 hits is about double damage compared to Rafal Buster, so it does the same as Rafal Buster. And once the first hit connects, they are knocked onto the ground, so all 4 hits connect very easily. Random bonus: It confuses all of the targets for about 10 seconds. I like it a lot!
