Because like... I'm looking at a FCa, FNe, FHu, and MCa, and the luck I see (1, 1, 1, 0) doesn't match up to the "forecasted" luck from JP (0, 3, 1, 1).

The japanese site has the same luck for the 31st as PSUpedia.

I think they're made it region specific to stop the admitted advantage we had over the japanese of being able to plan for our luck.

I think you can blame 360 for this.

PSU 360 has only been out in Japan for 2 weeks, ample time for PC players there to start complaining that "360 players know their luck 15 hours in advance" and for a change to be put in place.

I didn't see it coming, but I'm not particularly surprised by it either.

EDIT: Yes Alisha, beast females have had lvl3 luck before. Sometime back in November.

Yep, they changed it. yesterday, on JP newearls had lv3, and today, female beasts have lv3, but its different on the US version now.
