as far as i'm aware, no, only scammers who use a glitch to get behind the door. there's a topic telling about it. But i don't actually know if the clubs are open for new years.

G-colony, shopping floor B, or 3rd floor or what ever you wanna call it...Its the first shop on the left side if you came up the stairs.

It is supposed to be used for special events.
