Opra/Power chage Tero/ Hp restore

Has anyone found these item in the US servers if so where do they drop I was thinking S rank Deragan for Opra power charge but that just a guess...

There is a Hard/Power Charge that drops in S rank Sleeping Warriors.

okay thanks for the help Hard power charge just seems like nothing compared to OPra i wouldnt even bother trying to find that item rather just wait, Any info on the tera hp restore

Hard/Power Charge is 160 ATP + Down PP Usage on Melee Weapons and Ranged, very worth it IMHO.

Just think how much mats will be for s rank armors. -polymers must cost a lot.

hard charge makes PP usage go down, which means less usage, which means you use more PP when using PA's. Not really worth it, I'd rather get a "save" unit.

If you don't think PP usage going down is what I say it is, check out PP/bullet save. It says bullet usage goes up, which means less PP per PA.

I was wondering why the jpn wiki site had it (hard/charge) pp consume more. They weren't really clear with the wording and arrows were they?

I have Hard Power and i borrowed Giga skill save. I like hard power for when im in a good group spamming Lab recovery S in 10 mins. Its well worth the sacrafice. And Giga Skill save when i'm solo.

Hard / Power Charge decieves you. it increases the pp usage while increasing your atk by 50 pts of dmg. My friend had one used it, and noticed the increase so he sold that off. Blue arrow down=bad/red arrow up=good. Hopefully they will have more types of pp regens or pp reduction usage units
