clubs,space for rent

is the club going to be accessible in offline story mode im on chapter 11 and it still says preparing for opening,and what is the open space for rent thing?

I never really tried to go into the club in story, but nothing happened there either. I doubt it ever opens offline.

Ive tried over & over. Nothing. Ive beaten Story Mode & I still cant access it on my main & shes Lv55. So online only, I guess.

What are you guys talking about? Of course the club is open. It's VIP only though so maybe thats why you guys couldn't get in.

well no one would go if it was open. look at moatoobs pub. i mean that place should be party central, but you know where party central is?? in front of a freaking train station(linear line) and a spacebus terminal(TTB you know the 4th floor place)

I think it opens for special events... maybe like a MA or something and whoeever is the sponser gets the space for rent spot.
