Yeh, when we got the first big update I actually sold all the Alterics I had for 40k. I didn't realize they were going this expensive til about a week ago.

If Alterics are going for that much... I think its time I went and bought a Hikauri board. I may be ethical, but I also need money for things...

I'm in the same boat, which is why I simply priced mine with the current market, no more. I'd be happy to synth yours for free, provided you supply the board and mats, no catch. Unless you have a ranged PM yourself. But as I posted in the sticky, I'll extend this same courtesy to anyone from this community.
