Raging Sunflower Man

Anyone see him? He was on Parum looking for sunflowers, and asking people for theirs too.

What platform is he on? If he's on the 360, i would gladly give all the sunflowers I find doing mad Creatures S in search of a Vahra Board. I just wonder what he does with the sunflowers(fun to place em with toilets in random player rooms with empty spaces.
