Actually, you can. Offline anyway, I was handed a PA for getting S rank on a mission. I figured it was another junk one from the store Id gotten before. It was a 1h claw move & its NOT buyable in the store. I was using my twin claws & 1h claw during the mission so it made sense. I am NOT making this up. My 1h claw actually has 2 PAs I can use for it. Seriously. You gotta have Tonnio in your group as hes the one who gives it to you. Thats the only one I know of for now. I believe it was the Lv20 mission on Moatoob, if I remember correctly.

ya, you can only get PAs as a free item by getting an S in offline extra mode. other PAs are either bought or traded in for with PA fragments.

I have one thing to say about that, Thats OFFLINE, Not Online. Online and Offline are completely different >_>
