Question about subscriptions...

Hey, quick question...what happens if I forget to renew my subscription at the end of the month of play?

I only have a debit card (Like hell am I ever getting a credit card.) so they won't let me do an automatic subscription thing, I'm just wondering when my subscription runs out and if I forget to pay, will SEGA delete or freeze my account temporarily 'till I pay again?

Plus...why don't they let people with debit cards do the automatic subscription thing?

Normally online games will leave your data on the servers for a period of time even if you aren't subscribed. I don't know how long it is for PSU, but you shouldn't have to worry about resubscribing on the exact day your hunter's license expires.
