i want one of those upgrades on my soda brekka and other weapons but dont know how..so how do i upgrade it to the point where i can use one of those power attacks using the pp

you would need to buy a photon art for the sword types... and then link that PA to your Soda Brekka

Yeah, but at least once you get the PA, you can use it on every sword for no additional cost! Much better than upgrading a single weapon.
