Also, if one was a Level 10 Ranger, and one was a Level 10 Hunter, if they both changed to a Force, they would still have the same stats.

Jobs/Types only grant stat bonuses when you use them. They don't change your character's stats permanently. So changing your job changes your stats, but if you change back, you would get the stats you had before.

Yes, and if you have the right combination or race, class, class level, and character level... you can get the total HP amount that I randomly got in my sig
