Yes, it's been posted before. Some are to be released later, some buyable for PA frags, some unreleased sofar.

Yeah, I made that a while ago. Basically they are out in Japan now and people wanted to see how they look. They are called Ultimate PAs or something or the sort. Pretty much you use PA frags to buy them which you get from S ranks finishes on S rank missions.

Does the first 'surfing hit' cause knockdown or anything?

I liked the double saber skill, im partical to the spear skill but I really like the double saber one^^

you get special bullets like hell or zerk.
