Where do you find the board? Do you need to find it or is it just not available?

Its not available yet in the NA/EU version yet. It was released pretty recently in the JP version, so It should be around within the next month or so.

Hard/power charge > rare drop off orgus the rare svaltus on S relics.

Tero/hp restore probably won't come out in its offline mode form, if it comes out at all.

Thanks and just to make sure I'm understanding it correctly, does Hard/Power Charge decrease the PP use of the PA or decreases the amount of times you can use the PA by increasing the PP use of a PA? Do Grinder base goes up to +30 or can it be + more?

I've only seen them up to +10
