Harrisen battle fan board AND Twin HF board

Where do you find this? I bought one for 2k yesterday and it succeeded with 61%, but I want another, I want like 4 actually, so yea... Where do I find this board?
Also is there a twin harrisen battle fan? I thought I have seen a picture of one... If so then where do I go about finding it? And what is the real name of it, because I might have to buy one.

Okay, they drop in the fight with the Vol Brothers. Hiru Vol drops the Neta Note, to synth it. Do Vol drops the twin board, and that other guy drops the single board.

Just make sure that Laia doesn't kill one without you knowing, because then you will have to fight the dragon and whatnot, and wasted a lot of time that could be used hunting for that stuff. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

As KRK said, each one drops a piece. For optimal farming, kill the third, pick up the almost assured Dogma Drop instead of the Neta Note you wanted, and *quickly* go to the leader rights menu and abandon the mission. Ohhhh... SO the pink hair drops neta note, Do Vol drops the twin board, and the other drops the Single board... Ok, I will go farming once my ass stops hurting. I hate how people sell them for like 20k though, rip off.

Not a problem! I got mine to +10 and they do more damage than some of my current
A ranks. Trust me, if you can get them high enough, they freaking kick ass.

BTW, they are +10 Twins.

THEY drop the Neta Note? Dammit! How do you get it in Extra Mode (offline)? Id like to try both fans (btw, boards are available in the store, if anyone needed to know). But, I need Neta Note (& the other items) locations.

What store? If you only play offline, then it probably is not in any of our online stores... I have checked almost all of them I think.

I saw both the single & twin fan boards in the store. Id have to check. I think it might be Neudaiz but I cant remember offhand. I can check tonight & post again tomorrow. I know I definitely saw them. The trick is I need the items to actually make them for my main. Is it possible to get the synth items FOR the boards, offline & not in story mode?

I am buying +10 grinders from a friend for 2k each, so when I buy a crapload of those I will grind my Twin to +10, I don't care much about my single... I can grind that on my 3* luck days.

No that's true. The rest after that suck. I grinded mine to +10 with +2 luck.

And if I create a ton of female human characters and keep switching my weapons + grinders to them, do the first two grinds on all of them succeed? Or does it only work for one character?

EDIT: Listen to what the people say, that is the key to grinding. First it will be, "There is no chance of failure." Then, "The probability of success is very high." THEN, "The chance of success seems high." Then things get iffy. Seriously though, the grinder people clue you in. So, listen to them. Best thing ever though.

Funny is the single fan has something like a 51% success rate on my PM. The Twin Fans have around 76%.

the psupedia thingy helped me alot... +3 luck (Tommorow) I can do 3 +10's and all will succeed, and when I get +1 1 will succeed +2 2 will succeed... So it mostly all depends on your luck for the day... I have 0 luck today and my first said it was guarenteed so that is good.

Anywho... I am going to get meseta so I can buy those damned grinders.

You'll understand the grinding process when you actually start grinding alot of weapons. My suggestion run a bunch of LL on C rank for super cheap junk weapons to mess around with till you get an idea on how to read the grinder NPC's before grinding anything you plan on keeping.

Is there a way to get Neta Note in Extra Mode? According to here, you can get it in Story Mode (that doesnt help me). So, any chance? If not, its dumb to have the boards in the store without any way to actually MAKE them.
