Kubara Wood

I know at least one other person has asked about this. Im playing offline & Im wondering where the best places are to get this. Ive checked the site here & I think those drops apply to online. So any help would be appreciated. Im really trying to get into PM raising & synthesizing weps (& eventually, armor).

I wish it did. My chars are getting higher in levels, so Id be sacrificing alot of XP to find the items. Im willing to do so, however I need to know which missions are best. Im told Parum is the place to go (tho theres no Kubara City IN the game, except for a mention in the GC). I have 3 offline chars & Ive never gotten a single drop of it. I dont even think I got it playing as Ethan either.

I personally haven't played extra mode, but I remember someone saying it's a drop from boxes in the Parum relics after you kill the svaltus.

OK I wrote that down too. Ill check there. Thanks. Ive been wanting to go there on a couple of chars for the Svaltus Blade. My Cast has it & Id rather my Beast did (since he can use a long sword as one of his weps). Actually it is before you fight svaltus. There are 5 boxes at one point in the game. One of those boxes has it but it rare so you may have to do a few runs. I did at least over 30 runs just to get five kubara woods.

Alien seriously wasn't joking dude- it drops everywhere with the same drop rates. I find it just as often on Linear Line as I do anywhere else.

It drops everywhere on network mode, but he's talking about extra, rate might be different.

I think I may have gotten one from trees. It does seem super rare offline, which is a shame. I can't be certain. I do know you get twin real handguns from getting an S in a certain mission, so don't waste your hard earned K wood on those...Most random items like that seem to drop in boss boxes, from my experiance. Sorry I cannot be more helpful, but I highly appreciate offliners, Since I was completly offline in PSO, and only played with my friends. I once mentioned duping on the board, and since I was offline, I did not know it was a problem and that it was done through hacking programs. Me and my friends used to use the tekker lady glitch to share items, which was quite nice, especially when my friend found his prized Yasminkov 3000, I think, the shotgun one.

Anyways, I feel bad about how much they left from extra mode this time around. GC PSO offline was very close to the same. However, I wish you good luck on your Kubara Wood hunt.

You can always find Kubara wood in the set of 3 boxes in the first parum relics mission.

i have a lvl 90 storymode game and i have never found kubara wood (i did the parum relics mission about 40 times, not a single drop http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_frown.gif

I need that stupid svaltus sword, i have all the offline shop special weapons and i still need a special sword, and i also have 13 boards for it lol so i can make two for each attribute lol

It drops in the Relics, in the room... Ugh, how to explain, I ways get it in this room.

For those who don't know, Kubara Wood is VERY rare offline. Online however, it does drop about as often as Monomates.

Nah, I dont need the wood for the real handgun. I need it for other weps. Had real handgun in Story Mode. Seismica: I dont know how you got the board for Svaltus (offline). Where is it? However I can help you with getting the Svaltus item. You gotta beat that mission with an S rating. Do that & youll get it. Just wish I could get the board (& any other necessary materials) so I could make it too.

Sekani: Thanks. I dont want people thinking Im lazy. It just doesnt drop! LOL Glad to know someone believes how rare it seems to be.
