halarod is the 10* rod but noboty has a board or the item anywhare whare can i get 1 (NA 360 V. if it makes a diffrance

I've actually seen someone on Raffon Field Uni 1 with it. Looks awesome!

I have too witnessed someone with it equipped. Actually the person in the screenshot in the item database is who I saw had it.

As to some advise to obtaining one.
Get a well organized group for that run or you're going to regret it.
