I need shop info

I was thinking about buying a shop but wondered how these worked. So i have a few questions. How much do they cost? where do i get them? Where do i get the items to sell in the shop and are they worth it and how do i sell once i get the shop can people just come and shop even if im offline?

Shops are an excelent way to make money.As a rule of thumb try to place your items about 20-50% less than NPC price to move merchandise. On items that aren't sold by NPC I usualy try to price those items by looking through all the shops for said item then pricing the item about 20% less than the 5 most reasonably priced entries. Don't do something retarded like selling a rare item for 999999999. That pisses folks off and makes them not want to come to your shop.
