Someone stole...
1. All items in my room.
2. All my storage money
3. All my weapons.
4. Most of my shop stuff.
5. And my Dignity

Yeah I know, you are all problably like who cares didn't happen to me, Im just sayin that, Ive emailed, called,and HAND WRITEN information about this and have not received even a single note back.
I like the game but it wont be long till the hacking becomes more prominent.
Now im dirt poor...

That's harsh, but good luck on getting your items back. Any idea how they did it? If you play on the PC and visited the site there may be a key stoke program installed to steal your information.

well its happend more than once. It ussually happens when i finaly have enough to by a A weapon... like 80k or 100k, Each time i email sega but they dont do any thing.

As far as I was aware, the room exploit only allows them to erase your PM and remove your room decorations. Not steal your money. This means you got hacked.

Advice:
change your password
don't visit bad sites

Sorry, you weren't hacked in-game. You've got a keylogger or someone hacked your password. The abilities hackers have do not include what you mentioned. And please don't name the sites by name or describe the methods, they are directly against PSOW's rules. Thanks.

Hope Sega can do something for you, but since it was an account hack, there is generally very little they can really do, as there is no way to prove you didn't do it yourself. Good luck.

Sorry to hear about your loss. The best way to prevent losing your saved money is simply by keeping it on your character, and avoiding the shared bank except when doing quick meseta transfers to alt characters. It won't save your PM or your room decor, but it will at least make sure you've got something to fall back on.
