Need better units - for your level 108 character - God/mind is good but God/power is twice as good.
Need better armor - Cross Armor maybe good for your level but you should have something better at the level you are at.

Nidramag, you should search for "magic rock 'Moola' ". Summit Moon is a useful cane.
Look for Caduceus, or Holy Ray/Elesion. As for your Double Saber & L&K125, I'd replace those/put them away.
