I've been playing both offline and online a lot lately, and I just got my first usable rares (Delsaber's Buster +9 and Dragon Slayer +9, which I can finally use), and I use them offline constantly, since they boost my ATP about 150-200 points above my Breaker +5, which has basically become my standard normal weapon. The problem is, I just don't feel comfortable using rares online, unless I'm in a password protected game with trusted friends. I even have trouble playing with them on the PSO World games, only because they aren't password protected. I'm not saying I don't trust everyone on PSO World, because I do (with some glaring exceptions *cough*Cree*cough*), but there is always the possibility of some item thief stumbling into the game and stealing my hard earned items. Anyone else feel the same way? You think we should try and implement a members only password system for our Puck 9 games? Feedback would be appreciated.

Well i always use my greatest weap not matter what it is. Some ppl think i am too trusting. In a game i always am talkative and if no one else talks back i leave after the first boss easy as that. First boss is easy i do not die and i get to see what the ppl are like. If i do not trust them then off to the lobby i go. I have only had one incident of stealing and boy did it suck. But someone was nice enough to replace my weap with one even better. So i think basically all the ppl on this board are nice and will not steal your hard earned stuff and if they do they will get hell from this whole board and you know it ^_^

Yeah, I feel really funny about using my good rares online. I only use my Dragon Slayer because I know I have a second one in the bank. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/icon_frown.gif It's really terrible that we have to fear item thives in the game. As for password protection though, i don't know how effective it'll be *cough Creeisapsoworldmember cough* and also I like playing with new people. I guess it's the price you pay when you play out in the "real world."
