Yes many! Joas that look like evil deformed Choas from Sonic Adventure.

There are boss rares and many more.

Jaggos (chaos from sonic), rare forms of both of the statvus mini boss (sleeping warriors and holy ground), and I think once we get the hive free missions there is one for that.
