Long story short, I lost an item in the common box while transferring between characters.
I made two Tomoirod (5) on a 2 luck character and stuck them in my common box without really checking to see if they were there. I logged off, then logged on the intended recipient character and only saw one Tomoirod (5) in the common box. I logged on the other character and it wasn't in his inventory, nor was it in the common box. So I basically lost one Tomoirod to an odd glitch.
Tomoirods are no big deal, but if that were a newly synthed 9* I would've been livid. I don't know what causes this or how to prevent it, but just watch your items carefully when you're transferring!
