If there is some sort of lvl my PM has to be plz tell me what lvl

The production needs to be level 80. That's right. start feeding it. Then feed it some more. Then when it's full, curse really loud, wait 12 hours and feed it even more. Then when it's level 80, it's you're unwilling bait in combat.

It depends on what you want your PM to specialize in. Depending on what you feed it, it will evolve differently. Different evolutions produce better synthing rates. There's probably a more detailed explanation above in the Helpful Guides section. If you don't care about what it turns into, just cram scape dolls, expensive weapons and star and moon atomizers down it's throat.

It will also make a nice synthing slave, and some wierd eyecandy in your shop if you're into that sort of thing.
