How many times does the second twin claw PA strike?

I think I saw that the first combo hit two targets four times (Though they'd have to be really close together), but the second and third part I'm unsure of. The second looks like it hits either two or three times, and I don't know how many targets. I have no idea what the third hit would do.

Could anyone fill me in?
