I used it today.

And it's absolute turd.

Stuck it straight in my shop, and went back to using Grom buster. Why's it so expensive if it is Hilarious amounts of suck?

It's a giant pair of flapping novelty arms that do about 2000 damage total.

This was against level 11-15 Koltovas as well.

I think you're missing that it's a hilarious amount of suck.
I pull it out for laughs, but use Grom and Blitz in fights that count.

i use it against tengohgs in Onma S runs. 1000+ per hit on them is pretty nice.

I'm trying to figure it out myself. The confuse effect is worthless since it doesn't seem to last long enough to make any real difference... Individual hits do a lot of damage (600-1000... probably varies based on ATP as with all SUV weapons) but it only actually hits three or four times--making misses/evasions hurt quite a bit more.

It does seem extremely fast as far as SUV weapons go. While all the guns have a second or so of warm-up/cool-down the arms get to work almost immediately and disappear just as quickly. I thought this might mean it charged a bit faster, but that didn't seem to be the case.

I guess it's 18000 simply because it's new and doesn't fall into either gatling gun or laser categories.

Still, for that price, you'd expect something that could 1-shot bosses. =/ Or at least looked good. I wouldn't mind an SUV that buffed the whole party or something. A melee one could of at least been a massive sword or something awesome.

Because it is fun to run up, and quite literally, bitch slap stuff with a giant pair of blue arms?

I dunno... And I prefer Rafal Buster to Grom. The defense down is obsolete now, but it is a giant gatling gun... come on, it just looks sweet.
