What are the absolute lowest end gimp settings you can run this on (in the options)? I can run it on story mode, but online it always eventually freezes or crashes.

Define low-end? I'm using an Athlon 1800 with 1gig of ram. A Radion 9550 something-or-other completes my uber-gimpness. Low graphical settings FTW!

Again, define low end?

Oh well heck, if that's low end, then mine's a paperweight. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif I'm on an AMD 1.6 GHZ with 256 RAM, and a VIA S3 Grapics card (?). I'm trying to figure out teh BARE MINIMUM to upgrade that will make this game run. I'm not really intersted in PC gaming outside of PSU, and only want to be able to play at the same time as my roommate on occasion.

first find ou if your computer has PCI PCI-e or AGP then upgrade your graphics card based on that.

I have a somewhat low end computer. It's a pre-assembled (to lazy to make my own) with an integrated Intel graphics chip (to those who know what this is, I'm sure you're shuddering right now). Buuut, everything else is pretty decent so I don't have too many problems.

I have a 2.5 year old laptop, and it runs it fine... of course, I can also run Half-Life 2, but all the settings at minimum basically.

Seriously, if you're running PSU on low end, PS2 is a much better option (As most people already have a PS2 in their homes anyways, and if you don't, it's cheap).

im running PSU on a laptop with a intel chipset 910/915 128bit card and 512 RAM. you can play with post effects on but it will slow down some so if you want them on put on frameskip 2. otherwise compress the graphics set to low end and frameskip 1.

EDIT: the processor is a intel M 1.7Ghz
