Ray-photon market still ridiculously high despite NPC's sell

I notice that the price of Ray-photons is still ridiculously high despite Sori-Senba being available at NPC's.

Is there another reason why this particular photon is so expensive or is it just favoured generally in synthesizing higher grade weapons and Armour ?

I second what sychosis says, Most people stick to parum and the most annoying enemies to kill there are those pigs with double the HP of the claw things. God i need to start memorizing enemy names. ummmm yeah so anyway, The only place a ban photon isnt usefull is on Neubaiz, but who wants to go to that POS planet? Even on moat, majority is fire.

I kill S rank Distovas in one combo of Dus Daggas with my 44% Ice Muktrand at level 56, level 4 fortefighter.

Ray Photons, along with most other photons will remain expensive. Best thing is to just farm your own in C rank, unless you're loaded with money and have an active means of making more.

Is it a shame to sell element photons at 5k Mesetas ? Last time I checked, the least expensive offer was 10k each.

I'll say this: You can find every element of Photon in Linear Line. After an hour of Unsafe Passage and Fight for Food, I usually walk out with 4-5 of each element (sans Megi-, which I have lke 20 of). Easy money (or photons, if you need em).

If you're doing the LL missions, BREAK ALL THE BOXES. That's usually where they're hiding.

Is the best place to farm Ray-photons in Neudaiz then or does it not really matter where ?

My PM's production lvl is not up to producing Higher lvl weaps yet but I think I will store up my Ray-photons till it is as I do not have very many at the moment.

Amen Remedy I was gona say the same thing.. Also you can get a lot of Megi-Photons that way. I use those for 9* armors to help produce armors to sell to prep people for hive.

A friend of mine put some Rays for sale at 20k a couple weeks ago to show me. He followed the buyer (literally showed up at his shop as he was backing out of the menu) back to her store... she was just flipping 'em from his 20k to 58k, and THOSE were selling.

I trade mine to friends for finished synth items, and only sell handfuls to keep pocket change for dealing with NPC's. They're worth more than money. Kubara Wood: same deal when talking to a gunsmith.

With more and more duped meseta entering the economy people are paying higher and higher for elemental photons. It will only continue to go up as people synth away.

Sadly, you now have all this money in the economy, but so many people are still wielding crappy green weapons. It makes me wonder if MORE people are using green weapons or incorrect elemental weapons since they've sold their photons for ridiculous amounts and have nothing to synth with. Even so, there are many shops which try to dump trash elemental %s for onoes 5 ray photons worth.

There's no way I'd be getting 45 ray-photons in 20 minutes of LL C that I'd need for 3 armor synths. If I wanted to synth some weapons, I'd need even more than that.

it does just take some work. But if this armour is as good as you say it is then it's worth it to go that extra mile to get the stuff. But i know what you mean . It is a hassle to get everything.
