its a set with the 6* spear Mukarad so offers 25% boost in certain stats when equiped together.

will consider almost anything, but my main is a fortegunner, maybe trade for a high % phantom line or somin.

Solo Phantom % is dictated by your level in the photon art [bullet level]. Dont get short changed on a trade cuz of that.

yup for real, i can post some screenies if u want? i havn't seen anyone with this yet, it also wasnt in psow database, think it came with the new Mot S ranks tht got released last week as that is where it was found.
