which technics do you high level forces use the most? What should i train the most, what shouldn't i bother with?

I personally skipped the Gi- series, but some people swear by them. Its more of a personal preference between them and the Ra- spells

Eh depends on what you want. I personally have them all leveled evenly except for a few that are about 10 levels over the rest. Every tech for me is atleast level 12 except Foie at 23, Diga at 28, and Dambarta at 21. If you want really high damage in one hit use Foie or Diga. If you want to do a good amount of damage from farther away to multiple enemies use Ra- techs. If you want lots of SE and don't mind going close range use Dam- techs. If you want to go close ranger and want to prevent yourself from being hit alot use Gi- techs.

My current high-leveled spells (21+) are:

Resta, Reverser, Shifta, Deband, Zodial, Retier, Gifoie, Gibarta, Gizonde, Gidiga, Damubarta, Foie, Diga

I use almost all of those on a daily basis. Gibarta is the one that's received the least attention lately, because of being overshadowed by its big brother, Damubarta. http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_wacko.gif

Yeah but people in parties often don't like it when I use Dambarta since no one can see what the hell is going on.

I use everything except the gi spells and usually I don't touch the zonde types much. Diga will be one of your most useful spells for awhile.

That's really too bad because Dambarta is my frontline of attack. lol

I love using it when a Jarba is around. The hunters scurry off across the map thinking the Jarba cast it. XD

My spells I use the most:

Diga
Foie
Dambarta
Gizonde
Gidiga

Can't think of anything else i've used lately except misc spells to level them up.

Lots of people mentioning attach techs, but don't forget the basics. (Resta, Reverser, Shifta, Deband, etc.)

As for attach techs, jump on the Dambarta/Diga bandwagon.

I stick with

Resta/Reverser on 3 Wands (Cometara, Batnara, Baton), a Tomoirod (4) with Shifta/Deband/Retier/Zodial, and a Mayrod with Foie/Diga/Dambarta/Rammegid. Rammegid isn't really important, and I think it would be ok to substitute it for something else...but I hardly use anything other than my first three techniques on that rod. Possible spells to put in place of Rammegid include:

Resta (quick access)
Jellen or Zalure (if you party, it'd be a good idea)
Any sort of Gi tech (although Dambarta might as well be one at 21+)
Any Zonde tech (just so you have the full spectrum)

Barta - Ra, Gi, Dam
Zonde - Ra, Gi
Diga - all except Dam, but I'm working on it
Megid - haven't touched these yet

Most used debuffs:
Jellen and Zalure

Zoldeel seems useful for bees... but I have yet to encounter a group that willingly does bees.

Ha, even I find a use for Barta and Zonde in those narrow corridors and/or bunched up crowds of four or more. Quite a bit more situational--but find the right situation and you can easily do a hell of a lot of damage total. It might have been more preferable for Sonic Team to cap the max. number of enemies hit and raise the damage instead of keeping it low.
