PSU-Item: Has anyone ever heard of this

I was shopping for some synth materials today and saw Twin Fluorescent bulbs. I have never heard or seen these until today and have been playing since the launch. If you try and type it in the item search it doesn't fit. Any info on this would be great.

The correct name in the game is twin fluor. bulb (or bulbs). They exist off-line, but they hadn't been released on-line yet I think. Could be a hacked item?

Maybe someone can confirm if they have been released (finally!)

I actually did buy them and checked them out. Nothing seems extraordinary about them but I find it hard to beleive that they are legit. Well since Ill never use them in game and they weren't expensive its off to storage with them. Thanks for the help!
