I stoped playing at level 39 because it took me 3 months to get to that level.

How do you silly fortetechers level your techniques to above 21? It took me 3 weeks to get a spell above lvl 10.

Then you simply don't play as much as we do. I raised about 8 techs from level 1 to level 6-10 in the last 48 hours.

Take risks go into them levels where everything is like 10+ levels above you and wear them down. Or you could be an ass and cheat. Get 5,000 exp like that then do that 100 times you shall go WEEEEEEEEEEE!
Powerleveling is key. Risk, but boy the reward.

If you focus on just one technic, you can level them pretty fast. I got Damubarta from level 3 to 19 in one night.

Just keep playing, thats all I can say. Rifles are considered one of the slowest leveling weapons for bullet , and I got 2 of them from lv20 to lv21 in one night.

Spam spam spam! Most techers put away the Diga, and get out all sorts of techs. The mostly popular at the moment are buff parties:

6 techers, lots of low level Pannons, and hell lotta Shifta, Deband, Zodial, Retier, Jellen, Zalure! Over and over and over again!

I got Dambarta to lv30 as quickly as I got Spiral Dance to lv30. They hit so many targets it's not even funny. They level like mad.

The other techs level slower even if you spam. That is why you go to certain zones to level certain spells.

Level the Zonde line in Grove of Fanatics. Camp the zone. Join the highest rank party you can and have fun. That's what I do.
