alt-tab?

So I've seen a few people mention they run around with the game alt-tabbed, but every time I try and do it, my game closes. Is there some trick I'm just not getting? This would be very nice to know as I've needed to add more music to my playlist countless times and have just played with silence cuz I don't wanna leave a mission.

Set the game to run in windowed mode. It's in the option settings outside of the game.

Best to run in window's mode in a low display setting.

You can "Stretch" The screen by pulling the corners and still be able to cover 95% of the screen at which you can use other programs like Window's Media Player, AIM, MSN, FireFox, your startup bar, etc.
