Is there 6 PA's for each weapon?

Not really.
Let's say, some have a few (Hu weps), then some have numerous (Fo weps.)

There's 3 SAs for each melee weapon (for most, we have 2 atm)... and 7 BAs for each ranged weapon (we have 6 for each atm)

PAs cover evertything. Techs are PAs, bullets are PAs and skills are PAs.
