I'd leave the responsibilty of naming a baby to you, so whatever you prefer.
I'd assume you adopt though, since current technology wouldn't allow us to have a baby.

is a very difficult concept. For example a true immortal would continue to live even after the sun consumed itself.

Therefore a true immortal would be able to escape the confines of this solar system/universe/dimension.

Sometimes if you think to hard about a abstract concept you'll go crazy thinking of the tiny logical or (illogical) flaws.
