Usually 2 universes full up during prime time. On weekends or release day it can reach up to 3 full universes.

If you compare it whit PS2/PC users, yes, we have more people

On 360 Uni 1 and 2 and usually full of people.
Uni 3 is only full if there is an update coming...
I am in central time so this is what follows:

from about 6am to 11am block 1 is full and block 2 maybe has 1 or two stars.
From about 12 to 1 block 2 starts to get full, and then from 2 to about 7 that is when blocks 1 and 2 are full and block 3 is just about 3 stars or so... I am never on PSU passed 7pm so I don't really know what the population is like at those times.
