Well the 3rd srank board is dropped from the Carriguine bosses at the end of b4 in srank hive. Its another lame double saber though the Carriguine-Rucar. You better have some good luck making that since it requires two Carriguine arm parts. The rare monster is suposed to drop the pp tech reducing unit on s rank and blackheart extra unit too.

I already knew I wasn't going to find it and after 5 straight hours of looking for the rare spawn and NOT even getting it, I quit.

Wow, I just did it today with a group of 6 and we had roughly 3-4 deaths I think and took us 49 minutes.

And as for rare map spawn, good luck. After countless hours of rappy hunting I still don't have my Giga / Skill unit...not that I'm giving up just yet though!

Those rappies will give me that unit...even if it's the last thing they do.

Anyhow, keep the news of new items coming in. I would like to know if it's actually worth hunting there on my own for specific items. I also think that the hive is good for Junaline. We found 2 in 1 run, however, that was my only run today so I can't say if we were lucky or what.

darbelan shows up in all levels / ranks. and rare drops are rare, of course.

i personally will farm Hive C for ulrods or hive B for rayharods so i can try grinding them to 10. besides this its a really fun mission and gives quite a good reward as well.

Dagger of Serafi - 10 star Kubara Twin Daggers with 40% Fire Element. Pretty cool looking as they dont look exactly alike.

Whitill Wing - Its a S rank Yohmei Extra Slot item. Not sure what it does, but, Im betting:

2. Since its S Rank, it might only be usable on an S rank armor & even more likely, Yohmei only. Still havent seen how it looks yet as the one char I need it for, I havent found it yet. It makes two glowing wings come out of your back. They kinda float more like ghost wings and not so much like angel wings. Think about the good angel on diablo if you ever played that, can't remember his name.

Aha! Problem solved. I talked to one of the people whom I partied with that run, and he said that he saw nothing on his screen about anyone picking up anything remotely resembling the Svaltus Sword. Now that I think on it, I don't remember it showing up on my screen besides some kid frantically screaming about it...

My conclusion? Someone wanted to get rid of it so randomly dropped it. And me, being slightly OCD about picking stuff up, picked it up. >.>

Sad. Was hoping it would've been something nifty that was non-hacked, too.

Personally found a Howrod off a Gaozoran on A-Rank. Also found a Meteoric Metal (7* synth material) in a box on A-Rank.

Also got a DelJaben blade on S-rank. Pannons, Sendilians and Deljabens seem to have the same drop chart as on LL, probably scaled up a bit based on level.

This one is an obvious drop, but you can get a HIVE room decoration from the boss boxes at the end.

You can get a hive room deco from nearly anywhere in the hive. Apparently they are the equivalent to Parum's Sunflower and Neudaiz's Paper Lantern. I myself have found none, but skuda has found several. They currently sell for a high price.

And yeah, if you plan to pipe the runs, just keep at it. Skuda was at it all day yesterday and only saw, I think, maybe 8 Darbelans. I tried for 3 hours and saw 12 of them, but.. Well, let's just say I only got 2 copernia out of the lot, and some dimates. Ow. <_< Doing it for awhile this morning, so here's hoping.

Doing them on C is fine if what you're after is the Black Heart, as rank has nothing to do with SPECIAL drops. Their special drops are Black Heart, Copernia and I think Olpad. However, the higher your luck, you increase the percent at which they will drop one of their special drops. So even if you do get a special drop from them, you have a 1/3 chance to get your Black Heart. Also, don't be looking for a red item, as I believe Black Heart is 6 star. :3

Edit: Sorry to mention him so much, but he probably won't post in here, so.. As for Meteoric Metal, Skuda has found at least 7 of them from C rank missions from boxes. Keep in mind he had yesterday off and played all night and all day. I have yet to find a single one. Boxes in the hive seem to hate me. Badly.

took me two hours to get the rare map got 2 copernias and 2 olpads (got two rare mobs) and then no luck for the rest of the night (played from 6pm-3am while i stilll had 3x luck) this run is a pain but ill be on it later today =)

i played c runs with full luck yesterday for about 5 hours straight with a friend averaging about 10-12 mins a run and we only found 2 hive room deco's, a meteoric metal and thats it , but i want my darn black heart so im going to keep trying.. never saw any darbelan by the way

on c it took me 3 min to reach the second block when i had the right first block its still a pain when u get the wrong first block continuosly

I finally got to try my Whitill Wing (it drops in The Hive, btw). OMG THE WINGS! Theyre a lil bigger than what Id want, but, they look great. Practically, they do nothing positive for me, but, the purely beautiful image is enough to raise my morale to kick badguy ass! I definitely recommend it for any Force or anyone wanting to wear Yohmei armor (you need an S rank armor to use Whitill Wing).

Dual Beatguns aren't bad. Heck, I still use them as my 2nd pair. They are a decent B-rank weapon. Of course, if you find something just higher than Dual Beatguns, you're playing with some rather nice luck indeed. Still,m the Dual Beatguns is definitely better than any weapon drop I've seen.

Going by the monster level drop patterns Seed Vitances in Hive S should drop deathmaker boards too. But i'd take a made gun over a board anyday.

Yes, several people have obtained it. I would suggest clicking on the name to visit the database. It shouldn't be much different on the 360 version although I haven't seen it personally.

Metormoric Metal and the Hive room decor likely drop on all ranks since I've gotten them both on C rank.

Gaozorans should be dropping these (if any are wrong that ST hates us):
