also i wanted to know whats the highest level possible on 360 i thought it was 60 then i saw 65 then i saw 77 so wug?

Gold, dunno.
Level cap is 70 for the NA servers. The 77 you saw was probably someones Partner Machine.

PMs don't have visible levels from what I can tell.

Pressing in the right analog stick on my 360 controller; or pressing the CTRL button on my keyboard toggles the following:

Name
Name and Level
Character ID
Nothing

When it is on "Name and Level" Suzaku is very clearly visible as lv80. On the HUD they have no level, only their model number and HP gauge.

When your PM reaches level 80 it will transform into a small femail cast and give you her card. After you get her card you can group with her by forming a party through the "Form Party" Option under Community >> Party.

How could the 77 be someones Partner Machine, when it needs to be 80 to party with you?

The 80, is based on the stats gained while feeding your PM..

The PM in that picture is 80 because PM's show up as 10 levels higher than their owner. And other Npc's show up 3 levels higher (right?)

80 in feeding stats = Fight with you
PM = You (+10)


Get it?
