Dunno, I am tempted to assume that Sega did fix the synth exploit on the 360. But not like on the PS2/PC, but in a more evil way, i.e. making the board repeatedly fail if you reuse.
The Howrod board I bought, I succeeded with the first two attempts. The third failed Friday morning, so I reset and tried again, another failure, reset retry, fail again, and twice more. 5 failures in a row. The chances for that happening are less than 3.4% @ 49% sucessrate.
Anybody else had a failure after the patch and then reused the board? What were your experiences in doing so?
Nasty if true. I guess if the bug is patched, 9stars will just have to rise by about 50K in player shops to around 300K rather than the 250-265K Howrods have been selling for on the 360.

AND ACTUALY THE TRICK WAS THAT YOU CANCLED THE SYNTH AFTER RESETTING THEN RE-DID IT ALL IT DID WAS KEEP THE CHARGE ON THE BOARD FROM BEING USED.

Yeah sorry. What happened is I took 8 months off the game cuz work sent me to Israel (well for half the time at least) so I'm sorta stuck in December still.

And wtf I am a burnout, I didn't mean return mats.. I meant success when there was none, which would ruin the game.
