Supposedly yes. Have I seen one? No. They're far far more rare than claire doubles. Which may not be the most easily understandable thing since theres so many duped claire doubles on the US server. But if there are any in circulation, its only a handful at most.

I scanned through some JP pages, and don't see any mention of the weapon. Not that I really feel like soloFarming the HIVE on S rank at the moment. O_o

Its been on the jp wiki for quite some time, especially since it was one of the earlier hacked weapons offline. Keep in mind that the board is named CRukah over there.
