I'm making a point to add my Gamer Tag info into my signature so that in the event that somebody does wanna play with me, they can send a message or something to try and hook up (something I haven't tried on anybody else yet).
Lately, I've been out of character in that I'll go to Uni1-3 and start an open game trying to find people to play with. It's very out of my element from Uni16 where I usually party with people who cant understand most of what I'd say anyway XD it'll be good to party with people with no language barrier and that aren't total randoms!

Haha yeah, I've done that a lot before. I've even went as far as to try and communicate with the people who hang out near LL in Uni. 1....completely devoid of intelligence. Well, hopefully we can form a good, lasting party that can meet every weekend or so.

Seriously though, I bought this game hoping that I'd be able to play in a nice, cooperative team (with the people on my friends list, who said that they'd get PSU and left me hanging) but little did I know just around the corner I would have a lot of lonely nights =/

Well my new 360 arrived to today! Plugged it in...

3 red lights :/

I'm thinking it's a problem with the power brick, the led on it flashes red momentarily and according to the bottom of the brick that indicates a...::checks brick::..."fault alarm," and I know when the brick gets too much juice (power surges) it give you 3 red lights.

Going to see if wal-mart (or anyone really) has one of those 3rd party bricks. If I manage to get one I'll most likely be busy tinkering too much with my broken one. I love tinkering.

$100 for a new brick is pretty hefty, and from what I gather, it doesn't come with a cord that goes from the outlet to the brick, only brick to console :/

I got sent back like 2 or 3 xboxs with the same red light problem. I finally switched mine to a different outlet and its been working fine, so idk if this will work for you but try switching to an outlet with NO other appliances on it and see how it works out.

I've already tried 4 outlets, all with and without surge protectors and extension cords.

I'm really leaning towards it being a power supply problem. Early 360s were notorious for overheating (which mine was doing before 3 red lighting me) due to the power brick.

Normal hardware failures typically give you a checkerboard freeze and such. Mine barely even powers up.

I just chilled there for about half an hour. Then I got mashed up with some kid and some guy and we ran a train mission. Funny thing is though, by the end of the night, my party completely changed members, lol. I also made a really good friend, BrokenAngel. I'm not even sure if she comes here though, lol.
