PSU-XBox 360: Safety Heart (Where can it be found?)

I've heard it can be found on Train Rescue S, but I've never had anyone confirm the location. Does anyone know where it can be found? And what type of stat bonus does this unit gives? Thanks in advance.

If Safety Heart is anything like its offline counterpart, it fits into the Extra Slot and is a fairly powerful HP Regenerator. Supposedly one of the best for it, if not the best. However, I would expect it to be a little less powerful than the offline counterpart. It won't quite heal the same percentage. Still, it should be good, for an online version as I doubt they lower it enough to not be one of the best health regens available online.

Yeah. The hearts can definitely be annoying on quite a few characters. While it would be funny (purely from an Ironic standpoint) to see a rough and tough character, wearing it. nahh, offline i have Tero/HP restore, which is like 120 HP every 5 seconds
